Ingredients: Mushrooms, Coconut Milk, Crushed Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard Seeds, Spices, Red Pepper, Cilantro, Curry Leaves, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Canola Oil, Basmati Rice


Instructions: Cook from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Remove lid and cover with foil. Cook 30-40 minutes, remove foil, stir and cook an additional 5-10 minutes. Cooking times may vary.
