Can your meat or vegan meals be soy free?

Unfortunately not at this time, but as we grow we will be making more specialty options available. 

 

Are clients allowed a selection from the menu?

Menu is set for specific delivery day, however you can choose different delivery days from our meal schedule which offers a wide range of delicious meals.

 

Do you have low sodium meals?

Our meals are usually very balanced and contain low sodium.

 

Do I have to be home to receive the meals?

Many of our customers leave a cooler bag at the door for us to drop off their meals.

 

How much advance notice do you need to set up and stop the meal delivery service?

To set up and to stop meal delivery service we need one week's notice.

 

What are your delivery days?

Monday and Wednesday.

 

Can you give an exact time of delivery?

Unfortunately due the nature of our program, we are unable to provide exact delivery times. Delivery is scheduled between 1:00pm and 5:00pm on the delivery days.

 

Can you accommodate peanut allergies ?

Unfortunately due to the high probability of cross contamination, we are unable to accommodate peanut allergies at this time. 

 

How do I pay?

Payment is processed through our website by credit card or by Visa debit.


How do I heat the meals?

You can heat the meals directly in the container you receive it in by putting it in the microwave or the oven. If using the microwave, please poke a few holes in the cover using a fork in all sections. If using the oven, please remove the plastic cover before putting container in the oven. 
 

Does Foodworks offer catering?
